Aftermarket Dodge Viper Performance Radiator
Great For Racing, Forced Induction, and All Viper Years

"THE COOLER"

This is the "Coolest" radiator around.

"SIMPLY THE BEST"

What makes this radiator so "COOL"

Features;

1. Direct Drop In Replacement "No modifications needed to car or radiator". If you own a Gen I, you will need a Gen II Cooling Fan. (available below)
2. Fully Welded Design (no epoxy) Very Durable.
3. Triple Pass (means coolant crosses radiator 3 times before returning to motor)
4. "Visteon Cores" Theres a reason Visteon is the main provider of cores for "NASCAR" Racing Radiators. "They are the best money can buy"
5. We Use 2 Cores Instead of 3  3 cores can restrict air flow by cavitation, (cavitation can force air out around the front of the car, instead of allowing it to flow through the radiator) Restricted air flow makes it more difficult for the fan to pull the air through when stopped or moving slow. "Less Efficient"
Also 3 cores are pretty much touching each other so heat can build up. If they are not perfectly aligned it is more difficult for air to pass through. (not an issue with 2 cores) By the time the air is passing the 2nd core it is has heated up and has lost cooling efficiency as it reaches the 3rd core, then the coolant moves into the opposite tank and back to the motor.
6. Air Bubbles Specially designed to move air bubbles to the surge tank. (less bubbles= better cooling)
7. Cooling Fan Gen I cars should use the Gen II high capacity cooling fan. (Gen II Cooling Fan Available Below) (Gen II and III uses stock fan)
8. Forced Induction Applications Achieve great results in cooling when using our radiator on your Blown, or Turbocharged Viper.
9. "Not Imported" This incredible radiator is completely hand made in the USA, using the best materials money can buy.

"The Alan's Triple Pass Radiator is available for all Vipers including, early Gen I, Gen I, Gen II, and Gen III" when ordering please make note. If you have any doubt call us"

Early Gen I has a filler neck on the radiator, and no surge tank on the passenger side fender well.

""Note"" Only GenI cars need to upgrade to the much needed Gen II cooling fan

Modified Cooling FanModified Cooling FanpadThis bolt-in Modified Cooling Fan replaces the factory fan when installing the ""Alan's Performance"" or Fluidyne radiator on 1995-2002 Vipers. This replacement is required for the ""Alan's Performance, and Fluidyne radiator installment on 1995-1998 Vipers, and is an easy alternative to modifying your own factory fan module on the 1999-2002 Vipers. This fan module is an upgrade for 1992-98 Vipers, which have smaller fans. It is the same fan as stock in the 1999-2002 Vipers.

MotorMax Cooling System BoosterMotorMax Cooling System Boosterpad

Temperature extremes (both hot and cold) literally destroy vital engine components. MotorMax's unique heat sink action selectively attacks performance robbing engine "hot spots" for enhanced engine efficiency. As little as one quart of MotorMax:

  • Stabilizes engine temperatures and prevents overheating
  • Reduces engine wear in cold winter temperatures
  • Dramatically improves air conditioning output during the summer
  • Enhances fuel performance
  • Reduces exhaust emissions
  • Simple to use-just add to radiator

Treat your car or truck to The MotorMax Advantage Today!

Thermostat: 180 Degree Thermostat: 180 Degree padA lower temperature thermostat allows your engine to operate cooler with upgraded radiators and duct kits.

Fits all model year Vipers and SRT-10 Ram Trucks.

Keep in mind when installing a thermostat that you can get one that is too cold and will affect performance. We recommend our 180 degree thermostat. Installing a colder thermostat doesn't meant your car will run cooler. Your radiator has to be able to achieve this before the thermostat will close. This is why a car that performs more normally in Winter can't do it in the Summer.

Check out our Alans Performance Triple Pass Radiator for an incredible decrease in operating temperatures, especially with Forced Induction applications.

Anode Radiator Cap Anode Radiator Cap padProduct Details

The cooling system of a Viper (and many other cars) carries a slight positive charge. This charge will cause erosion of the aluminum components in contact with the coolant. The sacrificial anode is immersed in the coolant tank and because it's a "softer" metal, the EME attacks it instead. Extends the life of all metal components in the coolant system. You'll be stunned to see the corrosion it begins to show after just two weeks. The anode is replaceable and will be eroding out instead of your engine. Fits all model years.
